RivrHub’s brand managers were spending a significant amount of time on campaign optimizations across their client portfolio. Tasks such as bid management, keyword negation, and keyword harvesting were manual and time-consuming. In addition, they faced ongoing challenges around budget management – ensuring campaigns didn’t overspend or underspend – leading to operational strain and inefficiencies.

RivrHub’s primary goal was to free up more capacity for strategic planning and client scaling by reducing the time spent on repetitive, manual tasks, all while maintaining strong performance metrics. Their specific objectives were to:

Strategy & Solution

Luis Mariscal, Client Succes Manager at Xnurta helped RivrHub onboard to platform features that closely aligned with the client’s goals, most notably Xnurta’s AI Copilot and the Budget Management Tool.

The RivrHub team worked closely with Xnurta to integrate AI-driven campaign optimization, significantly reducing RivrHub’s manual workload. Xnurta provided training on AI action space settings, allowing RivrHub to choose which optimization tasks to delegate to AI, including:

  • Dayparting

  • Bid Optimization
  • Keyword/ASIN Harvesting

The team activated Xnurta’s AI-managed groups, utilizing 7 out of 8 available AI action settings based on their clients’ goals. Campaigns were segmented and assigned AI objectives such as driving sales growth or maintaining efficiency.

RivrHub leveraged the Budget Management Tool, which enabled them to monitor and control spend across both individual campaigns and entire profiles. They could now set monthly budgets, customize daily and campaign-level allocations, and optimize pacing, without the need for manual calculations.

For clients operating on fixed monthly budgets, the Budget Management Tool allowed for automated daily budget adjustments and campaign-level pacing, resulting in strategic fund allocation and consistent performance.

RivrHub also implemented Xnurta’s best practices for maintaining and fine-tuning the AI and budget tools to continuously improve results.
